We have recently gained planning approval for this scheme for 9no apartments and 194m² of flexible commercial space at ground floor. The site came to us with a recent refusal on a number of issues which we successfully turned around with a comprehensive re-design to something the planning team where able to approve under delegated powers.
The scheme takes local design cues and proportions with modern detailing to provide a contemporary mixed-use infill development on this prominent brownfield site.
We have commenced the technical design package working with Sweeney Construction and are looking forward to seeing work starting on site soon!
