We have recently gained planning approval for a scheme of 20no residetnial units on this brownfield factory site for our client Dove Jeffery Homes working in conjunction with Estuary Housing Association. The development provides a mix of 1,2 and 3 bedroom properties with both apartments and houses.
Set back from the access point and neighbouring properties the proposal features a clean contemporary elevational treatment through out providing affordable homes for the area.
